* Program Requirements

• Under this Tektronix program, a qualifying educational entity has the opportunity to get one or more free instruments by purchasing at one time a specified number of new designated Tektronix instruments from Exphil.
   
• For the purpose of the Tektronix Educator's Incentive Program, participation is limited to those educational institutions that use test equipment for the sole purpose of education and training in a classroom or educational lab setting. This definition includes non-profit educational institutions as well as trade and vocational schools. Excluded from this definition are research labs whose primary focus is other than student education, as well as training departments/organizations within commercial companies.
   
• This promotion is intended for qualifying orders placed on or after November 22, 2002 and prior to December 31, 2005 but Tektronix reserves the right, at any time, to change or cancel this program without notice.
   
• The Educator's Incentive Program may not be combined with any other Tektronix offer promotion or discount program.
   
• No partial instrument discounts or credits will be issued.
   
• The purchased instruments to qualify must be on one purchase order.
   
• The instruments must be purchased for end-use and not rental or resale.
   
• Free instrument's are not convertible to cash or other products.
   
• Any applicable sales or other like taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
   
• Free instrument's to include the same probes + accessories + service options as those ordered with all of the new designated instruments purchased.
   
• Free instrument(s) restricted to lowest priced designated instrument purchased when different model numbers within the same category are ordered.
     · For qualifying quantity purchases of the same designated model, the free instrument will be the same model as the model purchased.
     · For qualifying quantity unit purchases of different models within the same specified category of instruments, the lowest priced instrument of the designated models purchased will be free. The lowest priced instrument is based upon Tektronix local list price (MSRP in the U.S.)
